These terms apply to Alexander Levinson Agent SMS, a low-volume experimental program for software-agent testing, conversational replies, and automated status notifications.

Enrollment and consent

You may begin enrollment by texting START to +1 (585) 699-1940 and complete enrollment by replying YES when prompted. By replying YES, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS or MMS messages from Alexander Levinson Agent SMS at the number you use to opt in. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on testing activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help or contact the program at +1 (585) 699-1940.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier and device.

Acceptable participation

Do not use the program for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity. Access may be limited or terminated to protect the program and its participants.

Privacy

Mobile information and messaging consent are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the experiment changes. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
